Digital RUC
"Digital RUC" is a digitalized educational platform based on university resources and the campus network, providing assistance to teaching, research, management, and campus life by means of advanced IT technology. The project aims to greatly improve the IT level at the RUC such that it will be acknowledged as a first-class network environment among China's universities within three years. Digital RUC provides a digital platform that helps improve the efficiency of work, the promotion of teaching and research, and the substantial enrichment of IT applications in campus life at the RUC. The planning of the Digital RUC project is complete, and the regulations and rules concerning the project implementation, the organizational structure, the decision making process, the involvement of specialists, bidding rules, fund management, risk control, quality management, system data maintenance, testing and checking procedures, and so on, have all been put in place.
