  Accommodation

Rooms are available for international students on the campus. There are public bathrooms and washrooms in International Student Buildings No. 1 and No. 2, and telephone, air conditioning and net access nodes are available in every room. Price for each bed either 31 or 35 RMB per day for students who can pay half a year's rent in advance. Single rooms with bath, telephone, TV, air conditioning, and a net access node are available in the International Student Building 3. For those who can pay half a year's rent in advance the price is 90 RMB per day, including room cleaning.

There are several student dining halls on campus, including an international students dining hall. International students can dine in these places after getting dining cards with their student ID.

   International students can get their library cards with their students' ID.

  Class enrollment
International students can enroll in class on-line, as Chinese students can.

  Student status management
The departments and schools are in charge of the student status management. Overall control is coordinated by the Academic Affairs Office, the International Cooperation Office and the Graduate School.

Every year the university organizes trips around China for international students. Sports activities and matches between Chinese and international students are organized by students clubs and associations. International students can also take part in some outdoor activities, such as "Seven Days in Beijing", a photography contest organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Beijing Municipality, the "Talent Show of International Friends", a once-a-year performance in Haidian District, Beijing, and the "New Year Evening for International Students in Beijing", sponsored by the Ministry of Education. Moreover, students from South Korea and Japan have set up their own sodalities to help improve the management of international students of the university. They also hold sports matches regularly to promote communication and cultural exchange between Chinese and international students.
