Young Volunteers Activities
Established in December 1995, the RUC Young Volunteers Association has won various accolades, including being in the "Top Ten Outstanding Volunteers' Groups", being an "Advanced Group for Assisting the Handicapped", and so on. More than 30 individuals have been awarded national or municipal prizes, and over 100 others have received rewards of other kinds. Many of their stories are covered by the media. Representatives from the Association were met by President Hu Jingtao and other national leaders.
