The Organization Structure of the RUC Youth Federation
The RUC Youth Federation (RUCYF) is a federated body of Chinese youth organizations, with the Communist Youth League of China as the core. It is a broad patriotic united front organization of youth of all ethnic groups and all walks of life in China. Its members can be recommended to the federation by all the democratic parties and mass organizations in China. The Federation is affiliated with the Beijing Municipal Youth Federation. The RUCYF consists of the Human Resources Department, the Public Relations Department, the Department of Academic Practices, the Association Department, the Volunteers Department, the Center for Qualities Development, the Center for Cultural Development, and the Department for Routine Affairs. The Federation has a president, vice presidents, and other members of the Standing Committee, who, with the assistance of a secretary-general and deputy secretaries-general in the secretariat, manage the routine affairs of the Federation
