Renmin University of China's School of Labor and Human Resources is seeking candidates for full-time tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor Positions with interests in Labor Economics, Labor and Employment Relations, Human Resources Management and Social Security. The academic rank will be determined by the successful candidate’s research and teaching excellence. .
Applicants should be new or recent graduates within an outstanding record in a PhD program. Specialized in one of the above areas or related disciplines is required. Qualifications for appointment include a distinguished Ph.D. degree at First-class universities overseas, evidence of a commitment to research, evidence of teaching quality, and a demonstrated interest in any of the above four areas. 4-5 successful candidates will be recruited in total.
The successful candidates will be expected to develop independent research programs and to participate in collaborative research activities in the School. They will also be responsible for teaching activities, as well as supervision of doctoral students.
The salary is negotiable, which will be a competitive compensation package with generous benefits in accordance with the successful candidates’ experience and productivity.
