Prof. Ma Junjie, Vice Chairmen of Renmin University Council, met with Mr. Salvador Medina, Deputy Director of the Universities Global Division of Banco Santander of Spain, and Ms. Ana, Representative of Banco Santander in China, on March 16th, 2010. Representatives from the Student Office and International Office of RUC also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Prof. Ma Junjie extended his warm welcome to the delegation. Both sides had a discussion on setting up a scholarship program funded by Banco Santander at RUC. Mr. Salvador Medina hoped to establish a friendly relationship with RUC so as to promote the exchange and collaboration between RUC and educational institutions in Spain and Latin American countries.
